Workskil Australia expands to the West

We are excited to be expanding our services into Western Australia with a clear objective to help more than 12,200 local job seekers find work.

We will open 14 new offices in WA on 26 March 2018, and have a major presence in metropolitan Perth and Geraldton.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Nicole Dwyer, says: “We’re totally committed to helping West Australian job seekers change their lives through employment and very proud that we will be able to deliver our charitable purpose in another state to help even more people."

Workskil teams work closely with local employers to understand their specific requirements and then individually match job seekers to achieve the best outcomes for both parties.

“This two-pronged approach has been the cornerstone to our past success and what we plan to emulate in WA,” said Ms Dwyer.

“There’s no doubt the jobs market in WA has experienced its challenges in recent years but given our experience and track record, we’re confident we can make a real difference.”

With the new WA offices and staff, Workskil Australia will have a network of 69 sites across Australia and a workforce of more than 700 – making it one of the country’s largest jobactive providers.

Workskil Australia has begun filling a range of WA-based positions within the organisation.
