Mr Alex Zimmermann

Alex is Workskil Australia’s longest serving Board Member. He is a Chief Inspector with the South Australia Police (SAPOL) and is currently the Officer in Charge of the State Community Engagement Section. Most recently he spent just over a year on secondment to the SA Government as the Recovery Coordinator for the Pinery Fires and Northern Adelaide Plains Floods. Alex is also the Chairman of the Police Credit Union, Deputy Chairman of Regional Development Australia (Barossa) and has previously held the position of Councilor with the City of Marion. Alex is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation and holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Alex Chairs the Governance Committee of Workskil Australia.

Mr Robert Ferguson

Robert is an experienced Chartered Accountant and principal of Ferguson Hannam, Chartered Accountants, specialising in restructuring, insolvency and forensic accounting. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Registered Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy, a Registered Tax Agent and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Robert Chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of Workskil Australia.

Ms Jennifer Ma

Jennifer is a Partner within KPMG’s Corporate Finance division specialising in business divestments, acquisitions and providing corporate advisory services. Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. Jennifer has worked with a broad range of clients across private businesses, public companies and government. Jennifer is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Workskil Australia.

Dr Sam Wells - Workskil Australia

Dr Sam Wells

Sam is a Senior Lecturer in the Business School of the University of Adelaide, and Academic Director of the MBA program. Sam graduated from The University of Adelaide with 1st Class Honours in History. As South Australia’s 1979 Rhodes Scholar, he completed his doctorate at Oxford in 1983. Sam spent 18 years in corporate human resource management and organisational development. He established his own consulting business in 2001. In 2005 he joined the University, where he currently delivers MBA courses in systems thinking for managers and shaping the human environment at work. Sam is a member of the Governance Committee of Workskil Australia.

Ms Toula Tsamandanis - Workskil Australia

Ms Toula Tsamandanis

Toula is the Human Resource Manager for Terry White Chemmart - Old Reynella and Capet Management, which provides human resources support to the pharmacy sector. Toula has an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Management. Toula has had over 14 years involvement with Workskil Australia in a variety of senior roles and held Board positions at various times. Toula is a member of the Governance Committee of Workskil Australia.

Mr Taso Corolis - Workskil Australia

Mr Taso Corolis

Taso Corolis joined Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in 2011 and currently has responsibility for risk analytics, reporting and risk governance within Group Risk. He joined the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group from Rural Bank, where he served as the Executive in charge of Risk for a number of years. Taso has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry. This includes ten years in senior roles with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). He holds degrees in Economics and Commerce and postgraduate qualifications in Finance and Investments. Taso is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Workskil Australia.

Ms Nicole Dwyer - Workskil Australia

Ms Nicole Dwyer

Nicole is the current CEO and has had close to a 20 year involvement with Workskil Australia. For eight years Nicole was an Associate Director with KPMG providing advisory and consulting to the Government and NFP sector. Nicole has a Master of Business Administration, Master of Social Science, Graduate Diploma of Education and Bachelor of Science (Psychology). Nicole has been a member of the Board of Workskil Australia for the last eight years and held the role of Deputy Chairperson until her employment as CEO. As CEO Nicole continues as an ex officio member of the Board. Nicole also serves as a Non Executive Director on the Board of National Employment Services Association (NESA) since October 2015 and has recently been appointed a Director of the Adelaide Business School Industry Advisory Board.
