Nicole Dwyer

Chief Executive Officer
Master of Business Administration, Master of Social Science, Graduate Diploma of Education and Bachelor of Science (Psychology)

Nicole is the current CEO and Board Member of Workskil Australia and has been engaged in the role for six years. Workskil Australia is a national not-for-profit employment and community provider that delivers services from 80 locations across Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.  Workskil Australia has 700 personnel.

Previously Nicole worked at KPMG for eight years, providing advisory services to the Government and NFP sectors in employment, education and Indigenous affairs. Nicole has a Master of Business Administration, Master of Social Science, Graduate Diploma of Education and Bachelor of Science (Psychology). Nicole is a current Board Member of the National Employment Services Association (NESA).

Ryan O’Callaghan

Chief Operating Officer
Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law), Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting

Ryan joined Workskil Australia in 2012 to strengthen and enhance our corporate services including our Quality and Audit, Information Technology, Applications, Facilities, Finance and Marketing and Communications teams. Ryan brings valuable experience as an adviser with KPMG where he dealt with a diverse range of clients. Ryan manages our rigorous internal audit program which drives performance and promotes innovation in our service delivery. Ryan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Alan Bruce

State Manager, New South Wales
Diploma of Management, Diploma of Human Resources

Alan joined Workskil Australia in 2014 bringing over 20 years of management experience in a range of fields including in employment services and disability service industries. Alan has worked in diverse areas of regional and rural Australia including Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait. Alan has taken on leading our work as a panel provider of Job Placement Services for Return to Work SA.

Sandy Cowled

State Manager, South Australia
Diploma of Hospitality, Diploma of Management, Advance Diploma of Community Sector Management

Sandy joined Workskil Australia in 2008 and has 10 years’ experience in the  employment services industry including roles in Training, Business Development and as a Site Manager and Operations Manager.  Sandy has also worked in the group training and hospitality industries. Sandy now performs the critical role of State Manager, South Australia and is now managing our Disability Employment Services.

Chris McMackin

State Manager, Victoria
Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing

Chris joined Workskil Australia in 2018, bringing with him 14 years of experience in operational and executive management roles in the employment services industry. Chris has successfully delivered mainstream and disability employment contracts in both metropolitan and regional areas of Australia and is now leading our operational team in Victoria, in the role of State Manager.

Alex Apostolakis

National Business Development Manager
Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Diploma of Human Resources

Alex joined Workskil Australia in 2009 and has almost 10 years of experience working in employment services including roles in Business Development and as a Site Manager. Alex oversees our Transition to Work, Green Army, Work for the Dole, Workskil Indigenous and Get Moving (Empowering Youth Initiatives) programs. Alex also leads our employer engagement strategy nationally and acts as the key liaison for our large national employers.

Paul Hayes

General Counsel
Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Master of Arts (International Relations)

Paul joined Workskil Australia in 2013 to head our newly-established Legal Division. Paul has worked in private practice and in-house counsel and in remote and regional Australia and Papua New Guinea. More recently he has worked for Commonwealth authorities in the areas of native title, commercial and property law and governmental law. Paul takes a leading role in working with the CEO and the Board on corporate governance issues and with colleagues on all legal compliance aspects of our business.

Jarrod Neal

Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting

Jarrod joined Workskil Australia in 2013 after providing taxation, accounting and financial risk management advice to a variety of organisations, working for KPMG and a venture capital company in London. Jarrod is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Liana Reinhardt

National People Manager
Graduate Certificate Professional Education and Training, Diploma of Management

Liana joined Workskil Australia in 2018, with experience in the retail and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries. Liana brings valuable experience as Director People & Development - Oceania with Ralph Lauren, where she worked closely with the Oceania leadership and Asia Pacific partners to manage and oversee Human Resource and Learning and Development activities. Liana leads our Human Resources and Learning and Development teams. Liana is also a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
