Sarah leads the Allied Health team at Workskil Australia. Her understanding of Counselling Therapy Principles and having worked in the sector for over ten years, allows her to guide her team to facilitate best practice to support all clients that come into the Allied Health Program. Sarah’s strengths are communication, empathy, leadership, being process driven and the ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external networks.

Jennifer - Workskil Australia


Allied Health Practitioner
Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Health Sciences (Psychiatry) Honours, Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced.

Jennifer is a provisional psychologist with a background in suicide prevention and crisis support. She also has experience in research and tutoring as well as an interest in clinical and health psychology. Jennifer has a passion for mental health well-being and strives on professionalism when dealing with her clients. She has extensive experience working at Lifeline supervising teams and is highly experienced in working and managing crises. Jennifer has worked intensively with men in the construction industry, supporting them in highly stressful situations and crisis.

David - Workskil Australia

David has worked in Employment Services for four years and is passionate about working with addiction, motivation and all areas of mental health. David utilises strengths based and solution focused therapies, in a respectful person centred approach. David is experienced in working with Aboriginal clients and clients with English as second Language.
