What is Work Assist?

Work Assist is an Australian Government funded program that builds a person's capacity to work so they can maintain their employment.

As an employer, what will I get from Work Assist?

Assistance for this program can include:

Support and advice to identify the employee's barriers to maintain employment and strategies to overcome these barriers.
Support and advice about how the work environment may be redesigned.
Assistance and information to you and your staff to support the Work Assist employee participant.
Access to services, workplace assessments and modifications.
