Supporting you in your new job from day one

We are looking forward to you getting a job. It's an exciting time, but can often make us feel nervous as we meet new people and enter a new environment.

  • As you settle into your new role, we will continue to support you and your new employer through our Post Placement Support program to help you settle in.
  • We'll keep in regular contact with you and your employer to smooth out any bumps and make any necessary changes.
  • Then, at the 26 week mark, we’ll work together to determine if you need future support and make a plan from there.

Supporting you in your current job

We can help you maintain your employment by providing:

  • Support and advice to identify barriers to maintain your employment and strategies to overcome these barriers.
  • Support and advice about how your work environment may be redesigned.
  • Access to services, workplace assessments and modifications.
