Workskil Australia supports the community through a range of dedicated services, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Workskil Australia partners with the premiership-winning Adelaide Crows Women's team to encourage and inspire women across the country.
Workskil Australia is a proud Co-Major Sponsor of the Adelaide Crows Women's team and have supported the club since the 2017 AFLW inaugural season.
This was the same year that the Crows took home the first AFLW Premiership, and the success continued as they earned the prestigious title in 2019, playing in front of 53,000 football fans and again in 2022 to an electrifying home crowd.
As one of the leading teams in the AFLW, Workskil Australia CEO Nicole Dwyer says the partnership with the Crows helps us encourage and inspire women.
"The players and coaches are fantastic role models for our female, young and Indigenous clients," said Nicole.
"The culture of resilience and diversity perfectly aligns with Workskil and our role in helping people from all walks of life achieve their career goals."
As a not-for-profit and charitable employment services provider, many of the individuals Workskil Australia support are disadvantaged and face major barriers to employment.
Partnering with the Crows provides further awareness of our services and creates new opportunities for helping them overcome challenges.
The opportunities include engaging the community during event activations at many of the Crows' home games and having players take on ambassador roles to mentor and inspire young and disadvantaged job seekers.
Our first Ambassador was premiership player Stevie-Lee Thompson who we welcomed to the role in 2022.
The increased awareness from having our familiar logo emblazoned on the player's guernseys and signage also proves significantly beneficial to the growth of our organisation.
The partnership with the Crows is mutually beneficial, as Adelaide Crows CEO Tim Silvers says Workskil Australia plays a vital role in the team becoming a competition leader.
"Workskil backed our AFLW side from day one when there was a shared vision of creating the best women's football program in the country," Silvers said.
"Much like our amazing women's players, this partnership continues to go from strength to strength."
Workskil Australia is currently signed as Co-Major Sponsor through the end of 2025 and remain the best on ground for employment and community services.
