Nicole Dwyer

Chief Executive Officer
Master of Business Administration, Master of Social Science, Graduate Diploma of Education and Bachelor of Science (Psychology)

Nicole is the CEO of Workskil Australia and has been in the role since 2012. Previously Nicole worked at KPMG for eight years, providing advisory services to the Government and NFP sectors in employment, education and Indigenous affairs. Nicole is a current Board Member of the National Employment Services Association (NESA), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Ryan O’Callaghan

Chief Operating Officer
Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law), Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting

Ryan joined Workskil Australia in 2012, bringing valuable experience as an adviser with KPMG where he dealt with a diverse range of clients. Ryan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.


Alan Bruce

State Manager, New South Wales
Diploma of Management, Diploma of Human Resources

Alan joined Workskil Australia in 2014, bringing over 20 years of management experience in a range of fields including in employment services and disability service industries. Alan has worked in diverse areas of regional and rural Australia, including Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait. In addition to managing our jobactive and Disability Employment contracts in New South Wales, Alan oversees our Allied Health service.


Sandy Cowled

State Manager, South Australia
Diploma of Hospitality, Diploma of Management, Advance Diploma of Community Sector Management

Sandy joined Workskil Australia in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in the  Employment Services industry, including roles in Training, Business Development and as a Site Manager and Operations Manager.  Sandy has also worked in the group training and hospitality industries. Now performing the role of State Manager, South Australia, Sandy manages our jobactive, NEST (New Employment Services Trial) and Disability Employment Services contracts in SA.


Chris McMackin

National Operations Manager
Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing

Chris joined Workskil Australia in 2018, bringing with him 14 years of experience in operational and executive management roles in the employment services industry. Chris has successfully delivered mainstream and disability employment contracts in both metropolitan and regional areas of Australia and is now leading our jobactive and ParentsNext operational team in Victoria, in the role of State Manager.


Paquita Colbourne

State Manager, Western Australia
Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management and Diploma of Management

Paquita joined Workskil Australia in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience working in the Employment and Community Services industry, in both operational and senior management positions. Paquita worked across our South Australian operations overseeing jobactive and also Disability Employment Services for a period, in both metropolitan and regional locations. In 2019, Paquita took on the critical role of State Manager, Western Australia.


Alex Apostolakis

National Business Development Manager
Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Diploma of Human Resources

Alex joined Workskil Australia in 2009 and has more than 10 years of experience working in employment services including roles in Business Development and as a Site Manager. Alex oversees our Transition to Work,  Job Placement Services for Return to Work SA, Career Transition Assistance, Flexible Learning Options, Workskil Indigenous, ParentsNext and Work Ready, Release Ready programs. Alex also leads our employer engagement strategy nationally and acts as the key liaison for our large national employers.


Jarrod Neal

Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting

Jarrod joined Workskil Australia in 2013 after providing taxation, accounting and financial risk management advice to a variety of organisations, working for KPMG and a venture capital company in London. Jarrod is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.


Keri-Ann Usher

Business Performance Manager
Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting Honours

Keri-Ann joined Workskil Australia in 2018 bringing over 11 years in professional services providing internal audit, risk management and external audit services to Federal and State Government and the NFP Sector. Keri-Ann manages and coordinates our rigorous audit programs including the internal, compliance and regulatory audit activity as well as the Quality, Business Improvement and Performance Support teams. Keri-Ann is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.


Glen Blundell

Chief Information Officer
Bachelor of Computer and Information Science

Glen joined Workskil Australia in 2020 and has more than 20 years of experience working in technology roles across various industries, including 10 years in London, and most recently as the Chief Information Officer for Beyond Bank Australia.  Glen leads our information and communications technology functions, including the Help Desk, Infrastructure and Application teams.

 


Diana Newcombe

Diana joined Workskil in 2021. She has over 20 years of diverse legal and management experience in Australia and the UK. Her previous roles have included Manager, Legal Practice at the Legal Services Commission of South Australia, the National Director, Legal Services for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Partner with Eversheds Sutherland LLP.  Diana is a Non-Executive Director for Community Support Incorporated.


Edward Okuoga

State Manager, Victoria
Bachelor of Public Relations, Diploma of Advertising and Marketing

Edward Joined Workskil in 2015 and has 14 years of experience working in the Employment and Community services  Industry in both Disability and Jobactive programs. Edward has also worked in the Hospitality Industry, Diversity and Inclusion programs. During his tenure at Workskil, Edward has held various operational roles which include Site management, Regional Account Management and Regional management and is currently leading our jobactive and ParentsNext operational team in Victoria, in the role of State Manager.
