Workskil Australia delivers sustainable social and economic support and self-reliance programs for individuals and communities experiencing disadvantage. The programs relate to employment, youth, Indigenous and community services.

We are committed to the principles of continuous improvement in all practices and operates an Integrated Management System certified to the following standards:

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems
  • The Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations’ Quality Assurance Framework
  • The Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations’ Right Fit for Risk (RFFR) Accreditation
  • National Standards for Disability Services

Workskil Australia adheres to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and we are resolute in delivering child safe services and creating environments where all young people thrive. Our organisation is committed to upholding the rights of children and young people as per the Charter of Rights for Children and Young People in Care.

To facilitate our commitment to our services and the above certifications, our organisation appoints staff as ‘Quality Champions’ at each location where services are delivered. We conduct regular reviews of key documentation and processes to ensure the principles of continuous improvement in all activities.
