Rhiannon Reaching her Goals

Rhiannon Reaching her Goals

Congratulations to Rhiannon, who has started in an administration trainee position at Autism SA. She recently visited us to show off her ‘first day’ outfit for her new role, and thank Workskil Australia’s Transition to Work team for their support.

Rhiannon’s Workskil Australia team were able to support her reach her employment goals, through ongoing mentoring, resume and interview preparation, as well as matching her with a suitable position and employer.

Rhiannon has now landed a fantastic role as an Administration Trainee with Autism SA, testament to all her hard work, dedication and a little bit of guidance along the way. She was so excited about the position not only because of the nature of the role, but also as it was for an organisation that has a special place in her heart.

Rhiannon herself has autism and is a proud Indigenous woman. She is so excited to have found an employer who recognises her strengths and provides a safe and understanding workplace. Well done Rhiannon and thank you Autism SA for helping find her “dream job!”
