How does the process work and what are the next steps?
Everyone is different; that’s something we value at Workskil Australia. As such, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to your unique job search situation.
Once you’ve spoken with a member of our staff we’ll assign you a specific support person or team within the Workskil Australia team. They’ll work with you to assess where you’re at currently in your journey and ask you some questions to help create a plan of action, even mapping out a potential career path. Whilst this sounds like a big decision to be making, we’re confident our helpful staff will make the process simple and even fun along the way.
Depending on your needs we’ll work out if there are specific skills or training we may need to help you with, whether there are work experience requirements or internship opportunities to undertake. We’ll begin reaching out to our network of employers to see those with current vacancies or potential needs that you could fill. We’ll then work to find the right organisation that suits your specific needs and goals.
Workskil Australia will regularly keep you up to date with our progress and provide you with options to choose from.
Even once we’ve found the right position for you, you’ll still be hearing from us. One of our favourite parts of the Employment Service Providers process is checking back in with both employees and employers on how they’re going. We want the best and most fruitful outcomes for everyone when helping people build their careers.
