The safety of our customers and staff are our first priority and we continue to deliver our services with care and respect.

All NSW and VIC sites are closed and appointments are being delivered via phone. Our Corio, Geelong and Waurn Ponds sites are delivering services via phone but can provide emergency assistance if required. The Australian Government has removed Mutual Obligation requirements for NSW and VIC customers but if you require any urgent assistance please call our sites and our staff will assist.

All of our other sites are still open and appointments are required to be conducted face-to-face. Masks must be worn at all appointments in South Australia. We ask that all customers continue to practice safe COVID-19 and social distancing measures. Please note: due to office number capacity, customers may not be able to enter some offices. We appreciate your patience as we manage our capacity requirements.

We are asking that anyone who has been unwell or in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 does not come into our offices.  If you are visiting our offices, please be mindful about social distancing, hand washing and the use of sanitiser.  If you are a customer who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms, please notify us immediately.
