What will happen to your feedback?

  • Your feedback will be acknowledged within three working days.
  • You will receive a response to your feedback within 10 working days, if you have requested one. If this is not possible, we will send you a letter explaining why there is a delay and then respond in full to your feedback within 28 working days.
  • The reply you receive will tell you what to do if you are not happy with the response you have received from Workskil Australia.
  • We will always use your feedback to continually improve our services.
