Your feedback is important and helps us to continue to improve our service. We welcome feedback and suggestions from you throughout your participation in our programs.

If you have received exceptional customer service, please let us know so that we can pass your compliment on to our staff.


If you have a concern about the service you have received, you can provide feedback  by completing the below form.

What will happen now?

We will acknowledge your feedback within three working days.

If you have requested a response, we will respond within ten working days. If this is not possible, we will keep you updated on how things are progressing.

Your further options

If you are not happy with the outcome, let us know and we will escalate to a senior manager for investigation.

If you are not satisfied with the final outcome from us, you can refer your concern to the Departments of Education, Skills and Employment National Customer Service Line: 1800 805 260.
