Your First Appointment

Learn about what to expect during your first appointment with Workskil Australia.

About Your First Appointment

The purpose of your first appointment is to identify the areas where we can help, and getting started on a path that's right for you. We will talk about:

  • Your program and how it works
  • Your current situation and employment goals
  • Creating a plan for completing the program
  • Booking ongoing appointments
  • Connecting you with services and support

If You Can't Attend

If you can't attend your appointment, please call us on 1800 125 555 to book another time.

For some programs, missing your appointments can impact your income support payments, so it’s important to contact us as soon as you know you can't attend.

How Long Will it Take?

The first appointment can take up to 60 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in at our office.
