Rescheduling an Appointment

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to reschedule an appointment from time to time. Appointment dates and times can be flexible and often shifted to better suit your schedule.

Can't Make Your Next Appointment?

Regular meetings with your Employment Coach are great way to access dedicated support, and attending appointments helps ensure you continue receiving income support payments. If you need to change your appointment please contact us as soon as possible.

Contact Us to Reschedule

Rescheduling is easy. Call us on 1800 125 555, and a friendly customer service team member will do their best to find a suitable time.

We’ll see you soon!

Check Your Next Appointment

Your Coach will provide the details of your next appointment. If you have a mobile phone, a reminder will be sent to you by text message in the days leading up to the appointment.

You can also find the details of your next appointment on your Workforce Australia account. You can sign in through the myGov website or Workforce Australia online.

What Happens if You Miss an Appointment?

Attending appointments with your employment services provider is one of your obligations under the Government’s Workforce Australia program. Meeting obligations ensure you continue receiving income payments and are supported to find and keep work.

The Government can apply demerits and financial penalties if obligations are not met. You can find out more about demerits and penalties on the Services Australia website.
