Flexible Learning Options

Flexible Learning Options can help young people re-engage with education and overcome personal challenges affecting attendance and performance. We’ll support them to get back on track with case management adapted to suit individual needs and preferences.

About Flexible Learning Options

Flexible Learning Options support South Australian students to complete their education and overcome personal challenges through weekly case management.

Workskil Australia pairs each participant with a dedicated Youth Worker ready to identify and understand the individual circumstances affecting education.

We will meet regularly to address these challenges and work on your learning goals which can include progressing towards completion of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).

The Youth Worker can also help identify alternate paths, such as tertiary education or training to support an individual in achieving goals.

Flexible Learning Options is funded by the South Australian Department for Education and is available at no cost to participants. They are referred to the program through their enrolled secondary school or high school.
