About Transition to Work
The Transition to Work program helps people between the ages of 15 and 24 to gain employment or enter further education.
Paired with a dedicated Youth Job Coach, participants can build practical skills and confidence, gain qualifications and access opportunities to reach their full potential.
The program can benefit those looking for direction or assistance in taking the next step.

Eligibility
School leavers and young people can access the free Transition to Work program if they:
- Are between 15-24 years of age; and
- Are an Australian citizen or an appropriate visa holder
There may be some further eligibility requirements, but we can talk these through with you.
